Urban South Shuck Cancer

This stout was brewed with the help from their friends at Superior Seafood for their annual Shuck Cancer event, raising money for breast cancer research! They shucked fresh oysters at the brewery and added the shells and the meat into the brewing process in both the mash and the boil. The salinity of the oysters helps bring a soft, creamy mouthfeel to balance the richness of the beer and touch of refreshing brininess in the finish.
