Ursa Minor Brewing - Sauna Beer

Brewed with 100% MN ingredients from Maltwerks, Vertical Malt, Mighty Axe Hops, and our local forager, Josh! This beer features locally foraged spruce tips in both the boil and as a dry hop for maximum citrus, pine, and almost candy-like flavor. The Scandinavian Kviek yeast strain provides lots of fruit notes as well as some earthy qualities. Best enjoyed in a hot sauna!
