Browarny Craft Beer - Utopia

Phantasm Hazy IPA, 15°Blg Utopia. In this beer we used for the first time the additive that is Phantasm. This additive is powdered grape skins from a variety native to New Zealand. It brings a thiol character to the beer with flavors and aromas of white wine, white fruits and grapes. It is complemented by Sabro hops bringing in coconut and Idaho 7, which will bring in the tropics.
