The Veil Brewing - V Series: V.17

Hazy DIPA with Citra, Nelson and Mosaic hops. Brewed in collaboration with our longtime friends from the UK, Cloudwater, they released a version themselves! The V-series is a series of beers developed by Cloudwater over the years in which they conducted “”experiments across nearly all of the decision points in hoppy beer brewing.”” For this release we really wanted to focus on temperature modulation of the wort/beer throughout it’s fermentation. “”In V17 we have used temperature changes to produce both a cleaner, more precise, and simultaneously more juicy and fruity beer.
