Old School Double IPA. I've had enough of haze! So poof, back to the roots, we're going back a few years with this non-opaque, round but bitter Double IPA, into which we've thrown the trio of cult American hops: Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe. Old but Gold! as the old-young (or young-old, it's up to you) say so well. In terms of flavour, the notes here are of tropical fruit with a hint of resin. In short, a New World Double IPA for 2016.
