Beer description
We decided to end this year on a high note - an English-style aged barleywine. This drink is just right for winter frosts and New Year's Eve celebrations! We used all our experience and skills to make it: quality ingredients, we used only light malt, the brewing process involved the Maillard reaction, barrel aging for additional flavours, the head brewer personally supervised every technological process. For aging we used 18-year-old Chivas Regal barrels. The ageing period is 6 months. We chose this period so that our barleywine had time to acquire the necessary aroma and flavour, but at the same time did not have time to lose its own personality
