Beer description
Rich malt backfill, fresh English hops, proper Belgian yeast created a complex flavour composition. Dense, warming and sweet flavour with notes of sultanas, dates and figs. To balance the whole flavour and aroma range of this strong Belgian ale, a long ageing period of 8 months was required.
