Beer description
Brown beer with coppery reflections with a white foam cap, rather persistent.
On the nose ripe fruit, malt, until the herbaceous final of hops.
In the mouth, medium body, with light tones of hazelnut and ripe fruit accompanied by the bitter herbaceous of English hops.
The long finish is dominated by bitter herbaceous followed by malty notes.
Excellent with red meats, lamb, pasta with meat sauce, and with some cheeses (parmesan, grana).
