Valcavallina Calypso

Amber colored beer with orange reflections, white foam, fine and persistent. Intense nose, balanced between the notes of malts and those of American hops, with citrusy tones, of tropical and resinous fruit. On the palate it is easy to drink, with malty tones accompanied by a citrusy of mandarin and grapefruit that give a dry and clean finish, a bitter but not satisfying bitterness. It goes well with spicy first courses, salmon, great for eating.
