Valcavallina Cavallina

Straw yellow colored beer, with white, fine and persistent foam. On the nose hints of honey and light malt, followed by herbaceous aromas of hay. In the mouth it is fresh, a sweet part of malt to rapidly divert the hop herbaceous. The body and the slight carbonation make it a refreshing and drinkable beer. Excellent with appetizers, salads, risottos, white meats, grilled fish and grilled.
