Valcavallina - Dark Side

Beer inspired by British Smoked Porters. It is dark brown in color with ruby ​​reflections. Plentiful foam with fine bubbles, compact and creamy with good adherence and persistence. The nose is intense with good complexity characterized by a smoky and toasted note, followed by notes of coffee and chocolate. In the mouth it has the right sparkling, round body, we find smoky, coffee and chocolate / cocoa notes. The finish is rather dry and clean. It goes well with cold cuts and smoked fish, braised and grilled meats, very mature cheeses, vanilla ice cream and strawberries.
