Valcavallina Diavolo

Amber colored beer, with fine-grained, adherent and persistent foam. Intriguing, clean and intense nose, caramel and red fruit aromas with hints of jam and dried fruit. In the mouth it is balanced between the sweet and bitter part, round body but not cloying, with a good perception of hops and a warm well managed alcoholic sensation that enhances its drinkability. In the kitchen it goes well with braised meats, game, well-seasoned cheeses, dark chocolate and dry pastries.
