Valcavallina - Polly Jean

Amber colored beer, it has a fine, compact, adherent and persistent foam. The nose is intense and elegant, with citrus, floral and tropical fruit aromas, to cover a slight malty note with hints of honey. In the mouth it has a contained sparkling, slender body, initially malted then countered by bitterness. We find citrus and tropical notes with a herbaceous component that brings us a dry and dry finish. It is a bbina good to savory appetizers, vegetable tempura, first courses with vegetables or seafood, white meat or grilled fatty fish and medium-aged cheeses.
