Beer description
After the summer lagers comes the winter IPA. In addition to barley malts, brewery also used unmalted rye from the organic farm Otročín. Žitovec or Triticale is a hybrid of wheat and rye, which fits perfectly into modern IPA, as it will help ensure that such a body is a support to the aromatic hops used, but at the same time makes them stand out.
