Valmiermuizas Alus - Valmiermuižas Kviešu Alus

The bitterness in this beer is barely noticeable, because we add hops to it much less than others. Due to the fact that more wheat malt (38%) is used in its brewing than usual, it is much darker and more full-bodied compared to German and Belgian style wheat beers. The beer is brewed with yeast yeast, which gives a refreshing apple acidity in the taste, which balances with the silky sweetness of the malt and the bitterness of the beer.
