Beer description
As in the Middle Ages, a skilful blend of herbs and officinal spices, ancient cereals such as spelt and rye, mixed with barley malt and surging water, give the beer a rough but full taste on the palate.
Fresh hints of peppermint and absinthe, continuous and persistent bitterness deriving from artichoke, chicory and thistle: light astringency for an easy drink.
Refermented in the bottle.
