Van Moll - Smash Hit Galaxy

Smash Hit is our new series of smash beers. Smash beers? Smash stands for single malt single hop, or in other words a beer with only one type of malt and one variety of hops. The malt variety in this series of IPAs is always Golden Promise, an English malt variety with a pleasantly full mouthfeel. The hop variety in each Smash Hit is different. For the second in this series, we chose Australian Galaxy hops. Secretly a favourite of ours for years. This hop gives no nice full, complex aroma of passion fruit, citrus and peach.
