Lion’s Tail - Vanilla Bourbon Trail '18

Aged 12 months in Bulleit Bourbon barrels imparting rich caramelized sugars, tobacco, spice, and oak on top of the stout's roasty base. We then added Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Beans to the barrels for another robust layer of flavor and complexity. Cellar-aging will further develop this complex beer.
