Beer description
We aged this imperial stout in a North British Scotch whisky cask from the Lowland region. This is the first pour after the Spanish Pedro Ximenez sherry, meaning the warming caramel, biscuit notes of grain whisky are mixed with light berry, grape and even refreshing notes. All this fits perfectly on a rich chocolate base and is quite easy (and insidious) to drink.
Warm the glass in your hands, give the bouquet a chance to fully unfold.
