The collaboration is a spontaneously fermented sour beer that combines decadent dark chocolate with the sour liveliness of sour cherries. The result is a symphony of flavors with a balanced blend of delicious fruity undertones, rich velvety chocolate notes, and a refreshing sour finish based on almost 1.5 tons of cherries.
