Vecchia Orsa Brewery - Tenebrique

A meditation beer to be enjoyed in small sips in the company of friends. A blend of 2 different vintages of Tenebra has rested for 5 months in a Scotch whisky barrique. Dark brown in colour, with a strong toasted personality and a strong alcoholic timbre enriched by the woody notes conferred by the refinement in the barrique. The hints of peat emphasize the liquorice and cocoa. Its fine foam also contains slight hints of vanilla, completely in balance with the important body and the high degree of bitterness.
