Beer description
Although it is less alcoholic than the Special, its amber colour and the persistent bitterness it leaves in the mouth place it on a higher step. Tertiary aromas such as pepper, leather, cloves, liquorice, almost children of aging, peep out at medium-high tasting temperatures. In summer, on the other hand, when served fresh, the bitterness of American hops gives great thirst quenching.
