Moersleutel - Venus

Our 8-year anniversary beers are a testament to all we've learned this past year, and Venus, the second of the series, is a luscious Double IPA that embodies our journey. We've selected specific Nelson Sauvin T90 hops from a dedicated farm in New Zealand. Typically, Nelson hops are known for their high passionfruit flavor, but these particular hops, grown on clay soil, deliver a more refreshing taste, reminiscent of grapes and white wine. Paired with Mosaic hops, to enhance the white grape notes and add layers of gooseberry, citrus, and passionfruit aromas. Mosaic hops are celebrated for their complex and artistic blend of flavors, making each sip a real mosaic of taste.
