Verdant Brewing - Fresh Hop 2025

When given the opportunity to purchase some fresh US hop cryo pellets of Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe and Krush hops we jumped at the chance! Here at Verdant we love a crisp, clean IPA around Christmas time. To have one that evokes warmer climes and times, bringing back memories of our hop selection trip, got us really, really excited. We decided to add these cold side as the major component of the dry hop rather than the more traditional approach of adding them to a hopback hot side. Expect the usual fruity, dank pungency from this Yakima Fresh Hop (WC IPA 6%), but with an additional hit of field fresh aromas and depth only wet fresh hops can achieve! Cheers!
