Beer description
With skill and using a specially refined yeast variety, the banana tones typical of the style are emphasised and artfully combined with fruity hop aromas. The initial taste is spicy and yeasty. The dominance of the banana aroma is captured towards the middle by light clove, citrus and orange flavours. The carbonic acid foams up pleasantly in the mouth and the drink ends on a slightly bitter note as a promising variant of the Bavarian wheat beer classic.
