The mix of Freistädter Rotschopf, Schlägl Kristall, Hofstettner Granit and Schiffner's Champion Bitter results in a beer with a bright, luminous amber color, covered with a soft, stately head of foam. The harmonious smell of malt is flanked by a hint of fruity dark chocolate. It is elegant and self-confident on the palate and presents the strengths of the accompanying beers with a smoothness that makes it a pleasure to drink and lets it end pleasantly.
