Beer description

Special malts give our naturally aged cellar beer its typical aromatic taste and copper-like color. Aged in the historic cellars under the Apolda Castle, unfiltered and with a fine-pored, caramel-colored foam, this bottom-fermented full beer offers a unique taste experience. It pairs perfectly with hearty dishes and can of course also be enjoyed on its own. Try it and experience the masterful brewing art that is present in every sip of our cellar beer!
