Difficult to capture in a definition, it has soulful soul and dark skin, an American spirit and sweet malt and caramel with a pleasant final bitterness. If you want to share a dinner with her make sure there is no shortage of blue cheese and smoked meats. Caramel tones supporting and balancing the hop bitterness.
Malts: Pils weyermann, Munich 1 weyermann, Carafa special 1 weyermann, Caramonaco 2 weyermann.
