Beer description
Sold as ‘Sweet Bear’ outside of Italy.
The family mascot. A greedy, playful bear who is said to have grown up in the woods of England. His dark coat and imposing body make him recognisable among everyone. Perhaps due to his English origins, he has a sweet tooth and his amiability makes him the perfect companion for a festive evening. Notes of chocolate and coffee, with secondary tones of cocoa or roasted cereal. Intense flavour, roasted malt, aromatic notes of liquorice, chocolate, coffee.
Malts: Pils weyermann, Munich 1 weyermann, Carafa special 1 weyermann, Caramonaco 2 weyermann.
Cereals: oat flakes.
Hops: Perle, Spaalt
