Stadsbrouwerij Vos Elburg - Vesting Session

We brewed this beer to protect ourselves. At the end of the day it is time for the product confrontation. With the wide selection of specialty beers especially the heavy beers, the next day can be tough. So we brew a light alcoholic flavored beer to get back to work fresh and fruity. It is a beer of 3.5% alc with tasty citrus notes going towards the white grape, complemented by a touch of mango and passion. The low alcohol makes it drinkable but still nice and full-bodied. A nice balance of malt and hops. Cheers!
