Vestslesvigsk Håndspålagt Grønbær

Some of a spontanious fermented brew was added to this beer, so even if it's yeast did not come directly from above it's still wild. The batch was then added 40 kilo of green strawberry - picked 1.5 day before they were really ripe. Gives a very soecial sour brew
