Via Priula - Bacio

The Kiss is inspired by an elixir that was produced in San Pellegrino at the beginning of the 20th century by the pharmacist of the time, the "Elisir Bacio". The formula is no longer found of that elixir. Only the plaque reproduced above remains, which have appropriately altered. This beer would therefore like to re-propose its sweetness, delicacy and color. It is inspired by the "American Pale Ale"; slightly and naturally turbid, it is produced at high fermentation. Characterized by the use of American hops and caramelized malts. The light body and low saturation make it easily drinkable.
