Beer description
When Bohemia was part of the Austro-Hungarian empire, when refrigerators had not yet been invented, when the brewers were not afraid of generously "donating" the renowned Saaz hop, the "Pils" were appreciated throughout Europe for their flowery and herbaceous aroma, for its lightness and dryness, for the hint of spice and the bitter finish that quenches thirst and satisfies peasants and kings. Naturally unfiltered, unpasteurized and low fermentation, "Pils" wants to return to its origins, reproduce its style, unfortunately upset by the advent of "industrial".
