Beer description

Beer created to house three ancient corns of land, probably descendants of those grains that came from the far-off Americas in the 1600s: the Red Rostrato di Rovetta, the Spinato di Gandino and local island. The mixture of these three varieties make up the base of the Polenta Taragna Orobica today. Produced with low fermentation, moderately bitter but with a strong aromatic hopping to give freshness and a clean taste that allows you to appreciate the aroma of corn.
