Beer description
Inspired by the Belgian Saison (traditionally spicy beers) but with firm roots in the Brembana Valley. It is in fact from the purple flowers of the Crocus Sativus, cultivated by the underground bulbs in valley, which is collected the Saffron with which it is spiced. Saison with 6 degrees of alcohol, dry, intriguing and drinkable, with peppery and spicy notes given by yeast and the "blond" color resulting from the immersion of the precious stigmas of Saffron, the Red Gold of the Brembana Valley, which gives its nose perfume and an unexpected and surprising aftertaste aftertaste.
