Beer description
The sweet cider "Bayeux" has been produced in Normandy since 1932 and has been awarded the IGP Cidre de Normandie. Since then, the secret of the production method has been well guarded and the apples always come from the Bessin region. The know-how has been passed on from generation to generation between members of the same family.
