Viard Bayeux Rosé

Made from 100% apples from Normandy, this cider is made without the addition of water, sugar, coloring, artificial flavors or preservatives. Bayeux "Brut" cider has been produced in Normandy since 1932 and is certified as "IGP Cidre de Normandie". Since then, the secret of the manufacturing process has been well kept and the apples always come from the Bessin region. The know-how has been passed on from generation to generation between members of the same family.
