Smoking is usually something we associate with very dark beers at home, but it does not have to be that way. A few years ago I was in Germany and got a delicious smoke beer, and then it must be tried to make such a beer at home. This beer is smoked to 33%. Of course, the name is a review of the big fire that has left much of Viborg.
