A simple little beer is always a pleasure wherever it goes! So we opted for the Kölsch style that was still missing from our Pokédex, which we topped off with an infusion of dried elderflowers to give it some floral notes notes. The result is a clean, dry beer with very little bitterness and great flavour that can be drunk on any occasion. In short, it's springtime, whatever time of year you drink it!
