Beer description
Bourbon barrel-aged Finnish wild apple cider. Vintage 2019. Cellar masters selection of different batches from summer, autumn and winter.
Apples are harvested from local orchards and cold pressed with an antique press. Fermented with strains of wild and white wine yeasts. Matured in Bourbon barrel for 6 months before release. Only 600 numbered bottles available.
