3 years - 3 brothers - 3 little owl owls Three of these small yet significant birds native to our region adorn our anniversary beer. The little owl owl lives hidden on the sun-warmed slopes of the Karawanken, in the border area between Carinthia and Slovenia. One habitat is located on the Plöschenberg above the Rosental - surrounded by orchards and mixed forests. The hop variety Styrian Wolf, bred in neighboring Slovenska Štajerska, gives the beer a wild, floral freshness - as untamed as the rarely seen bird itself.
