Volcán Wolf is a volcano and the highest peak in the Galapagos Islands. The beer is a foeder-aged sour beer aged on whole red currants. Red currants are very rare in the USA, so they are not often used in beer due to the high cost of importing them. We are happy to share this creation with you!
