Bierbrouwerij Volendam - Bap

Bit of a gusher. Slightly hazy amber brown, small fizzy off-white head, mostly diminishing, with yeast circles, no lacing. Restrained aroma, toasted malt, caramel, candy sugar, bit vinous. Flavour light heavy sweet and slightly bitter, malty, toffee, faint sour notes. Medium body, thin and prickly mouthfeel, watery texture, sweet and slightly bitter aftertaste, not very convincing.
