Beer description
A new tomato gose that is completely different from all the tomatoes we have made before.
A richer base, smoked malts. Spanish tomato passata, sweeter, has a more pronounced aroma. Lots of celery juice. Swan smoked salt, a mixture of spices for Bloody Mary, lime, olive puree and just a little hot pepper.
This beer is our interpretation of the Bloody Mary.
