Vysoky Chlumec Chlumecky Amber

Chlumecký Amber Ale has a bright amber colour (reflected in the name of the beer “amber”) and a thick creamy head. It has a full malty taste with a slight hoppy aftertaste with hints of citrus, honey and raisins. It is prepared from three kinds of malt – Czech, Bavarian and dark caramel Caraaroma, four kinds of hops – two Czech kinds of hops and two special American ones. The fermentation is developed with a special strain of the brewery’s yeast. It is produced occasionally.
