Malt made with more than 50% wheat was used to produce this beer. It is characterised by a rich aroma and a flavour containing traces of fruit, flowers and spices. This beer is not filtered; therefore it is rich in its content of brewer’s yeast, which gives it its characteristic cloudy appearance. High zest, a refreshing taste and a rich head complete the gustatory experience.
