Beer description
Use of Pale Ale malt and three hop varieties (Cascade, Hallertau Tradition, Callista), as well as Nottingham Ale yeast.
Pale ale is one of the oldest light beer styles in the world - originally brewed in England at the beginning of the 18th century, this top-fermented specialty has continued to evolve. The variety is characterized by a balanced hop bitterness/aroma mixture.
For this year's Saxon interpretation, we use the hop varieties Mosaic and Smaragd
- a refreshing beer suitable for summer! Original wort: 11.7°
Hops
Mosaic, Smaragd aromatic hop, Cascade aromatic hop, Hallertauer (USA) aromatic hop, Callista aromatic hop
