Malt: Viennese malt, light wheat malt & Munich Malt II Hops: Saphier & Strisselspalter A beer with a bright golden hue and a fine head of foam. A gentle top-fermented yeast flower and an unmistakable banana aroma are characteristic of this yeasty, pale wheat beer. In the first taste it is velvety, soft and mild with a refreshing champagne-like touch. The full body of this beer is accompanied by delicate, spicy-fruity citrus notes on the finish. Light, fresh and unique in taste.
