Walhalla Craft Beer - Daemon #17 Cerberus

Meet CERBERUS! He is the guardian of the underworld, the legendary hell hound with three heads. The 17th release in our series of monstrous beers is a big & intense Triple IPA. A gigantic malt bill and heavy brew day was followed by a vigorous fermentation. We then dryhopped it with 3 hops, one for each head: Strata, Citra & Mosaic.
