What's more fitting for the holidays than the smell of gingerbread cookies baking in the oven? We tried to capture this sensation in our DAEMON #18 by brewing a big stout, then adding Bourbon vanilla pods, cinnamon sticks, fresh ginger, cloves and honey. It's a cookie tin you want to open!
